Code Redemption Questions

Why is my code not working?

Three reasons codes fail:

1. Expired — most codes expire on the next major patch. Check the active codes list for the latest working set.
2. Already redeemed — every code is one-time per account. Re-entering shows an error.
3. YouTube not linked — Re:AOPG requires a linked YouTube Channel ID before codes work. Open Settings → Advanced → copy your Channel ID and paste it into the Twitter popup in-game.

Why do I need a YouTube Channel?

The developer ties codes to a YouTube subscription gate to verify real players (not bot farms). The YouTube link is one-time, and your Channel ID is stored on your Roblox account.

Can I redeem codes on a guest account?

No. Guest accounts cannot redeem codes. Sign in to a permanent Roblox account first.

Can I redeem codes in a private server?

Yes. Codes work identically in private servers and public servers.

Code Reward Questions

Why did I get a Mythical Fragment from a code?

Some codes drop Mythical Fragments instead of Gems. Fragments roll into the Mythical Awakening pool. Bank them — never sell.

Why did my 2x XP code not apply?

The 2x XP boost activates only after you click Redeem. If the boost is not visible in the inventory, restart the game and try again.

Do code rewards stack with crew buffs?

Yes. 2x XP code + max crew XP buff = 4x XP total. This is the meta grind stacking.

Can I redeem the same code twice on different accounts?

Yes. Each Roblox account gets one redemption per code.

Code Expiry Questions

When do codes expire?

Codes expire when the next major patch replaces them. Most codes last 2-4 weeks. Anniversary codes can last up to 6 weeks.

Do Multiverse Sea codes expire faster?

Yes. Multiverse Sea collaboration codes expire when the collaboration event ends. Some codes last only 1-2 weeks.

Where do I find expired codes?

The expired codes archive tracks every past code.

Can I get a refund on an expired code?

No. Expired codes never refund.

Code Source Questions

Where are new codes posted?

New codes appear in three places:

1. The developer’s Twitter (@Boss_StudioRBLX).
2. The official Re:AOPG Discord server (#announcements channel).
3. In-game mail (event-only codes).

Does the developer post codes in-game?

Sometimes. Event codes (Valentine’s Day, Easter, Halloween, Christmas) drop via in-game mail.

How often does the developer release new codes?

Every patch (every 2-4 weeks), every raid weekend, and every follower milestone. Expect 5-15 new codes per month.

Code Troubleshooting

The code window closes when I type

This is a known bug on mobile. Workaround: type the code in a notes app first, then paste it into the code window.

My YouTube Channel ID is wrong

Double-check the Channel ID, not the channel handle. The ID is a 24-character string that starts with UC.

I redeemed a code but didn’t get the reward

Restart Re:AOPG and check the inventory tab. If the reward is still missing, file a bug report on the Discord.

When is the best time to redeem codes?

Redeem codes before a grind session. Stack all 2x XP / 2x Beli codes for max efficiency.

Should I save Mythical Fragments?

Yes. Mythical Fragments roll into the Mythical Awakening path. Never sell.

Can I trade code rewards?

Some code rewards are tradeable (Beli, Gems). Others are account-bound (Mythical Fragments, Tokens).
