Best Re:AOPG Builds

A build in Re:AOPG is the combination of your Devil Fruit, your fighting style, your race, and your accessory setup. Picking the strongest piece in each slot is not enough — the build only works when the pieces amplify each other. This page covers the strongest end-to-end combos in the Multiverse Sea meta (Aug 2026).

Each build below includes the Devil Fruit drop source, the fighting style unlock, the recommended race, and a brief accessory outline. The drop sources are pulled from the Boss raids guide, the fighting style rankings come from the Fighting styles tier list, and the race bonuses come from the Races page.

Build 1 — Soul + Ultra Instinct + Skypiean

The PvP apex build. Soul scales your homie’s stats with your own, and Ultra Instinct’s auto-dodge gives you reaction time on every incoming hit. Skypiean’s agility bonus keeps you airborne for cross-up combos that no other race can match.

• Devil Fruit: Soul (Soru Soru no Mi) — Mythical Paramecia, drops from the Big Mom boss at Whole Cake. Trade value: 3 units.
• Fighting Style: Ultra Instinct — S+ tier, drops from the Goku crossover raid in Multiverse Sea.
• Race: Skypiean — +20% agility and damage with Ultra Instinct.
• Accessory Setup: Crown of the Storm + Cloak of the Sky + Sea-stone Ring.

This build wins 1v1 mirror matches against every other build on the list. The trade-off is that Soul and Ultra Instinct are both extremely expensive — Soul at 3 trade units, Ultra Instinct only dropping from the Goku raid. End-game players only.

How to get a Devil Fruit

Build 2 — Dragon + Sword Saint + Skypiean

The raid-finisher build. Dragon’s AoE lets you clear waves between sword swings, and Sword Saint’s sustained DPS turns each swing into a full combo. Skypiean’s agility amplifies Sword Saint’s damage by 20%, which is the top sustained-DPS ceiling in the base game.

• Devil Fruit: Dragon (Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryu) — Mythical Zoan, drops from the Dragon boss raid at Luffy Island. Trade value: 1 base unit.
• Fighting Style: Sword Saint — S-tier, quest chain at Skypiea Upper Yard.
• Race: Skypiean — +20% agility and damage with Sword Saint.
• Accessory Setup: Whitebeard’s Hat + Cyborg Visor + Admiral’s Ring.

This is the build to use as the designated boss-killer in a coordinated raid. Dragon drops the boss’s HP bar fastest when paired with Sword Saint’s sustained output, and the Dragon AoE clears adds between swings.

Build 3 — Leopard + Sharkman Karate + Fishman

The speed-PvP build. Leopard’s Mythical Zoan form is the fastest melee character in the game, and Sharkman Karate’s water-style combos scale hard on the Fishman 25% bonus. The Fishman race bonus turns Sharkman Karate from an A-tier style into an S+ tier style.

• Devil Fruit: Leopard (Neko Neko no Mi, Model: Leopard) — Mythical Zoan, drops from the Leopard Dungeon (Sea 3 unlock quest).
• Fighting Style: Sharkman Karate — A-tier, drops from the Fishman Island quest chain.
• Race: Fishman — +25% damage with Sharkman Karate.
• Accessory Setup: Fishman Crown + Mink Gloves + Sea-stone Ring.

This is the strongest 1v1 build for Sea 2 and Sea 3 PvP. The Fishman + Sharkman Karate combo is the strongest water-style pairing in the game, and Leopard’s dash cancelers layer on top.

Build 4 — Light + Rokushiki Soru + Mink

The hit-and-run build. Light’s single-target burst is the highest in the game, and Rokushiki Soru’s dash chains let you reposition faster than any other race. Mink’s +15% speed bonus amplifies Soru even further.

• Devil Fruit: Light (Pika Pika no Mi) — Legendary Logia, drops from the Kizaru raid.
• Fighting Style: Rokushiki Soru — A-tier, quest chain at Marine HQ.
• Race: Mink — +15% speed and damage with Soru.
• Accessory Setup: Admiral’s Coat + Mink Gloves + Sea-stone Ring.

This build pops players in 3 to 4 hits if you land the Light opener into a Soru chase. It loses to Dark because Dark nullifies Light’s Logia intangibility, so do not pick it into a Dark-heavy meta.

Build 5 — Magma + Death Step + Cyborg

The grinder build. Magma’s AoE is the fastest level-grind option in the game, and Death Step’s combo ceiling turns each fight into a full string. Cyborg’s +12% flat damage bonus amplifies the entire setup, and both Magma and Death Step are farmable within a week of play.

• Devil Fruit: Magma (Magu Magu no Mi) — Legendary Logia, drops from the Akainu raid at Marineford.
• Fighting Style: Death Step — A-tier, quest chain at Water 7.
• Race: Cyborg — +12% flat damage to every fighting style.
• Accessory Setup: Magma Cloak + Cyborg Visor + Marine Insignia.

This is the recommended build for free-to-play players and the fastest path to max level in Sea 1 and Sea 2. Magma drops from a Sea 1 raid, Death Step is a mid-game quest chain, and Cyborg unlocks at level 50 from Marine HQ.

Build 6 — Phoenix + Berserker Armor + Lunarian

The immortal bruiser build. Phoenix’s self-revive plus Berserker Armor’s trade-damage mechanic means you almost never die. Lunarian’s +20% fire bonus amplifies Berserker Armor’s fire damage and adds a self-revive that stacks with Phoenix.

• Devil Fruit: Phoenix (Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Phoenix) — Mythical Zoan, drops from the Phoenix Nest raid.
• Fighting Style: Berserker Armor — S+ tier, drops from the Berserker dungeon in Multiverse Sea.
• Race: Lunarian — +20% fire damage, self-revive synergy.
• Accessory Setup: Phoenix Wing Cape + Lunarian Mask + Marine Insignia.

This build is the slowest to assemble but the most forgiving in long fights. Phoenix’s self-revive triggers first; Berserker Armor’s trade-damage buffs the swing that revives you, and Lunarian’s fire self-revive adds a third life.

How to Build Any Race + Style Combo

If your preferred race or style is not on this list, use the Races page and the Fighting styles tier list to find the next-best alternative. The combo priority is:

1. Race bonus to your chosen style (Fishman + Sharkman Karate, Mink + Soru, Skypiean + Sword Saint, Lunarian + Berserker Armor, Cyborg + Death Step).
2. Style that amplifies your Devil Fruit’s strengths (Light + speed style, Magma + AoE style, Dark + combo style, Dragon + sword style).
3. Accessories that complete the synergy — never mix two sets unless you have completed the quest chain.
4. Haki chain at 2,500 Haki unlocks Internal Armament; at 4,500 Haki plus Conqueror’s plus 3 Big Mom / Shanks / Kaido / Blackbeard kills, you unlock King’s Haki — the final multiplier for every build.

Sea 2 and Sea 3 Unlock Builds

Before you can run most of these builds, you need to hit the Sea 2 and Sea 3 unlock thresholds:

• Sea 2 unlock — 5,000 total stats + 1 Law Raid clear.
• Sea 3 unlock — 25,000 total stats + 2 Poneglyphs + 5 Aokiji Raids + 5 Leopard Dungeons + 5 Sea Beast kills.
