Re:AOPG First Sea
Every island, NPC trainer and Devil Fruit spawn from Starter Island to Teleport Island.
The First Sea is the Re:AOPG tutorial chain that takes a new character from spawn to ready-for-Sea-2. Expect 8 to 12 hours of play for the main story, plus another two to four hours for the Law Raid unlock requirement.
First Sea Island Order
The recommended order is:
- Starter Island — accept the first quest from the Starter NPC and unlock your first Devil Fruit slot.
- Shells Town — recruit a crewmate, learn about fruit storage.
- Dawn Island — first Poneglyph spot, basic Marine grind quest.
- Logue Town — Fruit Dealer (25M Beli per roll) and the first Title Merchant (750 Gems per roll). Mihawk NPC here sells Dual Yoru for 30K Gems.
- Arlong Park — Fishman race trainer and Fishman Karate unlock.
- Skypiea — Cloud Island, Cloud-Knights questline. First Poneglyph is on the upper platform. Thunder Pole drops from Enel here at 5%.
- Ice Island — Ice-themed dungeon with Penguin quest.
- Marineford — first Marine Admiral fight (Kizaru). Required for the bosses hub.
- Punk Hazard — elemental hybrid island with the Dual Fruit quest.
- Buggy Island — best gem-grinding island for early-game Beli grinding.
- Germa 66 — Vinsmoke-themed island, intro to race buffs.
- New Alabasta — Crocodile-style awakened quest.
- Phoenix Nest — 1v1 dueling island, Phoenix fruit drop.
- Luffy’s Island — Gear 2 grind (6% drop rate per clear).
- Teleport Island — the hub you return to for fast travel once unlocked.
First Sea Devil Fruit Spawns
Fruits spawn under palm trees every 30 minutes on every island. Drop rate is 0.5% per chest. The most consistent First Sea rolls:
- Smoke — common, decent early trade.
- Chill (Ice) — common, good defense starter.
- Flame (Fire) — common, decent AoE.
- Rubber — common, the joke pick.
- Spring — uncommon, decent jump utility.
- Bomb — uncommon, AoE burst.
- Kilo — uncommon, weight mobility pick.
- Sand — rare, decent range starter.
Fruit storage starts with one free slot; the Race Storage gamepass adds three more for 999 Robux.
Haki in the First Sea
Armament Haki is taught by Rayleigh on Random Wilderness for 700K Beli. Observation unlocks at 100 Haki stat (one full bar). The full Haki chain is on the Haki unlock guide.
Poneglyphs in the First Sea
Poneglyph spawn times are 0:45 server time. First Sea Poneglyphs spawn on:
- Skypiea (upper platform)
- Ice Island (snow cave)
- Marineford (Admiral plaza)
- Punk Hazard (lab interior)
- Dawn Island (Monkey Mountain)
- The Arena (PvP island)
- Logue Town (execution plaza)
Picking up two Poneglyphs is required for the Third Sea unlock.
Recommended First Sea Build
For most players, the strongest early-game grind build is:
- Magma Devil Fruit (Smoke → Magma reroll via Gem reroll or trade)
- Water Kung-Fu fighting style (free, from Fishman Karate teacher)
- Fishman race (Arlong Park trainer, 500 Gems)
This combo hits the early Marine grind hard and is cheap to set up. The dev builds page has full endgame combos.
Island-by-Island Unlock Order
The recommended chain, with boss spawns per island:
