Save full builds, swap with one click, and run the best loadouts for every activity.
Loadouts are the Patch 5.4 build preset system in Re:AOPG. They let you save a complete character build — Devil Fruit, fighting style, sword, gun, race, accessory, title — and swap to it with one click. This page is the full Loadouts walkthrough, the best loadout setups for every activity, and how to maximize the system.
What Loadouts Save
A Loadout saves the following:
- Devil Fruit (with Awakening stage).
- Fighting Style (with mastery level).
- Sword (with skin and mastery).
- Gun (with skin and mastery).
- Race (with V-tier).
- Accessory (1 slot).
- Title.
A Loadout does NOT save:
- Stats (level, raw stats).
- Crew buff.
- Inventory items.
- Poneglyphs.
- Currency.
A Loadout is purely a build preset. The Game Passes value page has the full loadout slot unlock cost.
How to Unlock Loadouts
Loadouts were added in Patch 5.4 (June 2026). To unlock:
- Reach level 250 (any Sea).
- Pay 25,000 Gems at the Loadout NPC (any Sea’s main town).
- Get 3 free loadout slots.
Additional slots cost:

Most veterans run 5-6 slots (farming, PvP, raid, boss rush, support, leveling).
How to Save a Loadout
- Stand at the Loadout NPC.
- Open the Loadouts menu.
- Select an empty slot.
- Click “Save current build”.
- Name the loadout.
The save is instant. There’s no save cost beyond the initial slot unlock.
How to Swap Loadouts
There are three ways:
- At the Loadout NPC — open menu, click loadout, confirm. Takes 3 seconds.
- Hotkey — press L (default) to open Loadouts menu anywhere.
- Auto-swap — set a loadout to auto-activate in specific zones (farming zone, raid zone, PvP zone).
Auto-swap is the killer feature — set your farming loadout to auto-activate when you enter Revolutionary Base, your raid loadout when you enter Kuraigana Island, your PvP loadout when you enter Marineford. No manual swapping needed.

- Devil Fruit — Magma Awakened.
- Fighting Style — Water Kung Fu.
- Sword — Sandai Kitetsu (cheap).
- Race — Fishman V2 (water damage).
- Title — Slayer.

Loadout 2 — Gem Farming
- Devil Fruit — Dragon Awakened.
- Fighting Style — Soru.
- Sword — True Gryphon.
- Race — Awakened Saiyan.
- Title — Haki King.
Auto-swap zone: Outlaw Isle, Zou Island.
Loadout 3 — Raid Boss
- Devil Fruit — Dragon Awakened.
- Fighting Style — Godhuman.
- Sword — True Gryphon.
- Race — Mink V2.
- Accessory — Shadow Monarch’s Crown.
- Title — Slayer (raid variant).
Auto-swap zone: Kuraigana Island (Mihawk), Elbaf Coast.
Loadout 4 — PvP / Crew Wars

- Sword — Yoru V2.

Loadout 5 — Boss Rush

Loadout 6 — Leveling / XP Grind

Common Mistakes
- Saving only 1-2 loadouts — you’ll swap manually constantly. 5+ slots is the meta.
- Forgetting to set auto-swap zones — manual swap is fine but auto-swap is the power feature.
- Saving half-finished builds — always Awakening the Devil Fruit before saving.
- Not updating loadouts — when you get a Mythic drop, update the relevant loadout.
