Poneglyphs are the rarest currency in Re:AOPG. You need them for Sea 3 unlock, Mythic-tier race unlocks, Mythical Devil Fruit rerolls, and several boss drops. This page is the full Poneglyph tracker — every spawn location, respawn timer, and the fastest farming route by Sea.

Poneglyph Basics

Poneglyphs spawn in the open world across all four Seas. Each Poneglyph is a clickable object that grants 1 Poneglyph per character per spawn.

• Spawn cycle — every 45 minutes.
• Despawn — 25 minutes after spawn (if not collected).
• Carry limit — unlimited; stored in your Poneglyph inventory.
• Drop on death — none; Poneglyphs are soulbound.

Each Poneglyph is consumed at a 1:1 ratio for the relevant action (Sea 3 unlock, Mythical reroll, etc.).

Fastest Poneglyph Farming Routes

Route 1 — Marineford Loop (Second Sea)

The most popular Poneglyph route:

1. Spawn at Marineford Plaza → collect Poneglyph (30 seconds).
2. Sail to Enies Lobby → collect (45 seconds).
3. Sail to Impel Down → collect (60 seconds).
4. Sail to Sabaody → collect (60 seconds).
5. Loop back to Marineford (90 seconds).

Route 2 — Wano Raid Loop (Third Sea)

The Third Sea Poneglyph route:

1. Onigashima → collect.
2. Zou Island → collect.
3. Whole Cake Island → collect.
4. Dressrosa → collect.
5. Loop back.

Route 3 — Multiverse Sea End-game

The end-game route:

1. Jujutsu Island → collect.
2. Goku Island → collect.
3. Bleach Island → collect.
4. Konoha → collect.
5. Loop back.

Poneglyph Carry Strategy

Most veterans run the Marineford loop for 2-3 hours per session and stockpile 30-50 Poneglyphs. Then they spend them in batches:

• 5 Poneglyphs per Mythical reroll (10 rerolls per stockpile).
• 100 Poneglyphs for a Mythic-tier race unlock.
• 250 Poneglyphs for Race V4 (Primal Saiyan).
