Fastest Fragment routes for every Mythical Awakening pool.

Fragment Farming Routes for Re:AOPG (Mythical, Aug 2026)

What Fragments Do

Fragments are the rarest drop in Re:AOPG and the only path to a Mythical Awakening. There are five Mythical Awakening tracks (Magma, Light, Dragon, Phoenix, Venom), and each track needs 100 Fragments. Fragments drop from raid bosses, code rewards, and select Multiverse Sea content.

Fragment Sources

Fragments come from these sources:

  • Raid bosses — every raid drops 1-3 Fragments per kill (1.5% average).
  • World Boss rotation — World Boss drops 5 Fragments per kill (1.5% rate).
  • Sea Beast — drops 1 Fragment per kill (0.5% rate).
  • Codes — many patch codes drop 5-50 Fragments.
  • Crew store — Fragments appear in the crew store at 10/week.
  • Trading Tickets — converting 50 Trade Tickets gives 1 Fragment.

Fragment Drop Rates by Source

Drop rates per hour, ranked:

  • Active raid farming — 2-4 Fragments/hour (Mihawk + Shanks cycle).
  • World Boss rotation — 5 Fragments/hour (fastest active source).
  • Sea Beast cycle — 0.5 Fragments/hour (slow but passive).
  • Code drops — 5-50 Fragments/patch (best bulk source).
  • Crew store — 10 Fragments/week (steady drip).

Best Fragment Farming Route

This is the meta Fragment farming route after the Multiverse Sea update:

  1. World Boss rotation — fastest source. Cycle World Boss every 30 minutes for ~5 Fragments/hour.
  2. Mihawk raid cycle — pair with Mihawk raid (1.5% Fragment rate) for another ~3 Fragments/hour.
  3. Sea Beast cycle — passive Fragment drip while waiting on raid cooldowns.
  4. Patch code redemption — every patch drops 5-50 Fragments via code. Check the new codes page.
  5. Crew store weekly — buy out the Fragment weekly drop for 10 Fragments.

Mythical Awakening Path

Five Mythical Awakenings, ranked by farming efficiency:

AwakeningFragment PoolDrop SourceAvg. Hours per Awakening
MagmaMagmaSea Beast + World Boss100-120 hours
LightLightMihawk raid90-110 hours
DragonDragonShanks raid110-130 hours
PhoenixPhoenixWorld Boss + Flaming Emperor80-100 hours
VenomVenomBlackbeard raid130-150 hours

The fastest Awakening to chase is Phoenix (~80 hours), and the slowest is Venom (~150 hours). The recommended order is Magma → Light → Dragon → Phoenix → Venom.

Fragment Pool Mechanics

Each Mythical Awakening has a unique Fragment pool. Farming Fragments for Magma does not progress the Light Awakening. Plan your Awakening order carefully.

Code Drops for Fragments

Strong Fragment codes:

  • MultiverseSeaUpdate — 10 Fire Dragon Keys + 5 Fragments.
  • AbsoluteDestruction — 1 Saiyan Spirit + 5 Fragments.
  • ThukunaUpdate — 1 Domain Fragment + 5 Fragments.

Common Mistakes

  • Farming the wrong pool — Magma Fragments do not count toward Light. Plan your Awakening order first.
  • Ignoring code drops — patch codes drop 5-50 Fragments in a single redemption.
  • Selling Fragments — never sell Fragments. They are account-bound Mythical Awakening material.
  • Skipping crew store — 10 Fragments/week is free money.
