Haki Ranking Guide: Observation, Armament and Conqueror

Haki is the deepest progression system in Re:AOPG. It defines your damage ceiling, your PvP scaling, your access to the toughest raid bosses, and your ability to unlock the V4 race awakenings on the Races tier list. This page ranks the three main Haki types — Observation, Armament and Conqueror’s — at every stage (Basic, Advanced, Full-Body), walks through every unlock NPC, and pairs each Haki with the recommended build. The detailed unlock chains are on the How to unlock Haki guide and the How to unlock Full-Body Haki guide.

The current meta (Aug 2026) has Conqueror’s Haki sitting at the top of every Haki ranking. It is the prerequisite for the World Boss damage cap, the King’s Haki unlock, and every V4 race awakening. Armament Haki is the most-used Haki in the game (every PvE and PvP build tags attacks with Armament), and Observation Haki is the most underrated (Future Sight is the strongest defensive passive in the live game).

S+ Tier — King’s Haki (V4 Race Awakening)

The S+ tier is reserved for King’s Haki — the post-Conqueror’s capstone. It is the prerequisite for every Mythic-tier raid and the strongest single Haki passive in the game.

HakiRequirementUnlock NPCBuff
King’s Haki4,500 Haki + Conqueror’s + Internal + Future Sight + 3× each of Big Mom / Shanks / Kaido / Blackbeard killsNPC Andre on OnigashimaFull damage on every raid boss + King’s Haki racial aura

King’s Haki is the endgame Haki tier. The chain takes most players 2-3 months of dedicated grinding to clear. The full walkthrough is on the Haki guide.

S Tier — Conqueror’s Haki

Conqueror’s Haki unlocks full damage against the World Boss. Without it, your damage is capped at roughly 25% of the listed value. It is the longest single-Haki grind in the game — most players need 50-100 clears of The Boss on Arena Island.

HakiRequirementUnlock NPCBuff
Conqueror’s Haki1.5% drop from The BossThe Boss on Arena Island (Sea 2)Full World Boss damage + Conqueror’s racial knockback

How to farm Conqueror’s Haki — The Boss spawns on Arena Island (Sea 2) on a 15-minute rotation. Each clear drops Conqueror’s Haki at 1.5% per clear. Most players need 50-100 clears to land the drop, which works out to roughly 12-25 hours of focused farming.

What Conqueror’s unlocks — Full damage against the World Boss (Shanks at Red Hair Island), the Conqueror’s knockback passive in PvP, and the prerequisite for King’s Haki.

A Tier — Advanced Haki (Armament + Observation)

The A tier covers the Advanced Armament and Advanced Observation unlocks. These are the bread-and-butter Sea 2 buffs and the prerequisites for the S-tier Haki chain.

HakiRequirementUnlock NPCBuff
Advanced Armament1,700 HakiZou Island NPC+1 damage tier on every Haki-tagged attack
Advanced Observation1,500 HakiZou Island / Ruined Kingdom NPC+1 prediction window

Advanced Armament unlocks the next damage tier for Armament users. It is the prerequisite for Internal Armament and the recommended first Haki unlock after Conqueror’s.

Advanced Observation extends the prediction window. It is the prerequisite for Future Sight and the recommended parallel unlock alongside Advanced Armament.

B Tier — Internal Armament + Future Sight

The B tier covers the Internal Armament and Future Sight unlocks. These are the strongest single-Haki passives in the game outside of Conqueror’s and King’s.

Future Sight2,000 HakiRuined Kingdom (Sea 2 / Sea 3)2s prediction window for the toughest raid bosses

Internal Armament unlocks the top-tier Armament damage and is the prerequisite for King’s Haki. Most players target Internal Armament after they have cleared Conqueror’s.

Future Sight adds a 2-second prediction window that lets you dodge the toughest raid boss mechanics. It is the prerequisite for King’s Haki and the recommended parallel unlock alongside Internal Armament.

C Tier — Basic Armament + Basic Observation

The C tier covers the basic Armament and Observation unlocks. These are the first Haki unlocks every player completes and the foundation for the entire Haki chain.

HakiRequirementUnlock NPCBuff
Armament (Basic)700K BeliRayleigh on Random Wilderness (Sea 1)+1 Haki per training round
Observation (Basic)Auto-unlock at 100 Haki+0.5s prediction per 100 Haki

Armament (Basic) unlocks at Rayleigh on Random Wilderness for 700K Beli per training round. Train repeatedly to level Armament. The full walkthrough is on the Haki guide.

Observation (Basic) unlocks automatically at 100 Haki. There is no trainer cost — just keep training Armament until the Observation quest triggers.

Full-Body Haki (V4) — The Post-King’s Capstone

Full-Body Haki is the V4 awakening for the standard Haki chain. It amplifies every Haki-infused attack by up to 4× HP and 3.2× damage at the maximum stage. The unlock is gated behind the Shanks Island upgrader NPC, four sequential stage upgrades, and a stack of Pica Dungeon runs.

Haki Trainer Locations

Every Haki trainer and unlock NPC in the game:

  • Random Wilderness (Sea 1) — Rayleigh, Armament trainer (700K Beli).
  • Arena Island (Sea 1/2) — The Boss, Conqueror’s Haki drop (1.5%).
  • Zou Island (Sea 2) — Advanced Armament trainer (1,700 Haki) + Advanced Observation trainer (1,500 Haki).
  • Ruined Kingdom (Sea 2) — Advanced Observation (1,500 Haki) + Future Sight (2,000 Haki).
  • New Zou (Sea 3) — Internal Armament (2,500 Haki).
  • Onigashima (Sea 3) — NPC Andre, the Race V4 / King’s Haki (V4) trainer.
  • Shanks Island (Sea 3) — Full-Body Haki upgrader NPC, four-stage chain.
  • Wano (Sea 3) — Kaido boss (King’s Haki prerequisite).
  • Pirates Paradise (Sea 3) — Blackbeard boss (King’s Haki prerequisite).
  • Red Hair Island (Sea 3) — Shanks (World Boss rotation).
  • Whole Cake Island (Sea 3) — Big Mom boss.

Best Haki-Focused Builds

For a Haki-focused build, the recommended loadout:

  • Haki DPS — Leopard + Sword Saint + Skypiean + Stage 4 Full-Body Haki. Full-Body Haki Stage 4 turns each sword swing into a 3.2× damage multiplier.
  • Haki Tank — Lunarian + Dark Awk + Cyborg + Stage 3 Full-Body Haki. Self-revive race + the highest-sustained tanking style.
  • Haki PvP — Mink + Rokushiki Soru + Dragon + Stage 4 Full-Body Haki. The Mink +15% speed bonus stacks with Soru’s dash for the fastest PvP chase.

The full build rankings are on the Best builds hub and the Races tier list.

How to Get Haki Stats

Haki Stats are the currency of the Haki chain. They drop from:

  • Sea 3 raid bosses — every raid boss drops Haki Stat books at roughly 1% per clear.
  • Conqueror’s Haki XP — guaranteed per Kaido clear.
  • Pica Dungeon — drops Haki Stat fragments at 1% per clear.
  • Trainer rounds — Rayleigh, Zou and New Zou trainers all grant Haki Stat XP per round.

Most players farm Haki Stats via the meta raid ladder. The fastest Haki Stat farm is Boss Sukuna on Jujutsu Island (Multiverse Sea) at roughly 2% per clear.

Haki Stacking Rules

Haki multipliers stack multiplicatively. A player with Conqueror’s + Internal Armament + Future Sight + Stage 4 Full-Body Haki gets:

  • World Boss damage: 1× (base) × 4× (Conqueror’s) × 1.5× (Internal) × 1.5× (Future Sight) × 3.2× (Full-Body Stage 4) = ~28.8× total World Boss damage.

Pair the Haki chain with the meta Devil Fruit + Fighting Style builds. The full damage ladder is on the Best builds hub.
