Re:AOPG Crew Join and Max Guide

The crew system is one of the deepest social and economic systems in Re:AOPG. Every crew has a Beli/XP buff ladder, a member cap, a crew bank, and a Crew Wars weekend event. Crew buffs multiply every Beli/h, Gem/h, Bounty/h, and raid drop rate in the game — at max crew buff (level 11), every route is doubled. This page walks through how to join a crew, how to create one, how to max the crew buff ladder, and how to run Crew Wars. Most players join a crew within their first hour of Re:AOPG because crew buffs multiply every progression system in the game. The recommended path for new players is to join the highest-level crew that will accept them, contribute to the crew bank, and use the buff ladder to fast-track Sea 3 entry. How to Join a Crew

To join a crew:

1. Open the Crew menu (default key: K).
2. Click “Browse Crews”.
3. Filter by Sea (most players filter by their current Sea).
4. Pick a crew with high buff level + active members.
5. Click “Apply” and wait for an invite.

Most top crews have an application process — they ask for level 100+, a clearing record, or a friend invite. If you’re a new player, look for “Open Recruitment” crews that accept any level 50+ player.

These are the most active public crews. Most accept level 50+ players.

How to Create a Crew

To create a crew:

1. Reach level 30+.
2. Have 1,000,000 Beli (creation cost).
3. Open the Crew menu (K).
4. Click “Create Crew”.
5. Set crew name, crew tag (3-5 chars), crew color, and crew motto.
6. Invite your first 5 members.

Crew creation is recommended for players who want to run their own social group, not for players chasing max buffs. Max-buff crews take 6+ months and 200T+ Beli to upgrade.

Crew Buff Ladder

Every crew has a buff ladder. The buff ladder is paid in Beli by the crew bank:

Max crew buff doubles every route. The fastest routes:

• Revolutionary Base — 240B × 2 = 480B Beli/h at max buff.
• Udon Prison — 187B × 2 = 374B Beli/h.
• Mihawk raid — drops × 2 at max crew buff.

Member Cap Ladder

The member cap ladder is paid in Beli:

Max crew member cap (125) is required for top Crew Wars crews.

Crew Bank

Every crew has a shared bank that holds Beli, Gems, and rare items. Members can:

• Deposit Beli / Gems / items to the crew bank.
• Withdraw Beli / Gems at a 5% tax (paid in Beli).
• Use rare items from the crew bank for crew activities.

The crew bank funds the buff ladder. Active crews deposit 5-10% of their Beli/h yield to the bank to keep the buff ladder climbing.

Crew Wars Weekend

Crew Wars runs every Saturday-Sunday. The rules:

• Crews of level 8+ buff can register.
• Top 16 crews in each region earn rewards.
• Each Crew War victory = 2,500 bounty, 25,000 Berry, 100 Awakening Stones.
• Top 1 crew = Crew Wars Champion title + 100 Mythical-tier stones.

Crew Ranks

Every crew has 4 ranks:

Most crews have 1 Captain, 1-3 Vice Captains, 5-10 Officers, and the rest Members.

How to Pick the Right Crew

When picking a crew, prioritize:

1. Buff level — level 8+ for serious grinders.
2. Member activity — look for crews with 50+ active members.
3. Time zone — pick a crew whose peak hours match yours.
4. Content focus — PvP-focused crews vs PvE-focused crews vs mixed.
5. Crew bank health — active crews deposit 10%+ of yield to the bank.

Recommended Crew Progression

For new players:

1. First hour: Join the highest-level public crew that accepts you. Use the buff to fast-track Sea 1.
2. First week: Reach level 100. Apply to a top crew if your current one is below level 8 buff.
3. First month: Reach level 300. Apply to a Sea 3 focused crew.
4. Sea 3 entry: Join a Multiverse Sea focused crew for endgame progression.
5. Endgame: Top crews for Crew Wars + V4 race + Mythical Awakening chain.

Common Crew Mistakes

1. Joining an inactive crew — check the buff level + member count before joining.
2. Not depositing to the bank — without deposits, the buff ladder stops climbing.
3. Skipping Crew Wars — top crews kick members who skip Crew Wars.
4. Picking the wrong time zone — peak hours matter for raid coordination.
5. Not using crew buffs — every minute at full buff is double Beli/XP.

Crew Chat Etiquette

Top crews have chat rules:

• No spam — limit chat to raid calls and crew questions.
• Help new members — answer questions from new members.
• Coordinate raid times — set raid schedules in crew chat.
• Share drops — if you win a rare item, share with the crew.
